However, in the rare case that your order arrives with a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we are here to help.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund.
Please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@lightmeupusa.com within 30 days of the product’s delivery.

Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.

Let us know if you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
There is no need to physically return the damaged or defective item to us. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will process your replacement or refund.
Cancellations or Order Edits
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production partner automatically. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order after it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot promise a modification will be possible.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@lightmeupusa.com. We will work with our supplier to investigate the issue and find a solution.
